Broccoli Microgreens

Broccoli Microgreens

Size

Broccoli seeds: Grow your own nutritious and delicious broccoli microgreens in just 7-10 days, or plant them directly in the garden to grow full-sized broccoli heads!

Broccoli is a versatile vegetable that can be enjoyed in many different ways. It can be eaten raw, cooked, steamed, or roasted. Broccoli is a good source of fiber, vitamins A and C, and potassium. It is also a good source of sulforaphane, a compound that has been shown to have cancer-fighting properties.

To grow broccoli microgreens, simply plant the seeds in a shallow tray filled with potting mix. Keep the soil moist and the seeds should germinate within 2-3 days. Once the seedlings are a few inches tall, harvest them by cutting them just above the soil line.

To grow full-sized broccoli heads, start the seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date in your area. Transplant the seedlings outdoors when they are 6-8 inches tall and space them 18-24 inches apart. Broccoli heads will be ready to harvest in about 60-70 days.

No matter how you choose to enjoy it, broccoli is a healthy and delicious vegetable that is easy to grow. So why not give broccoli seeds a try today?
